Delivery

Please note that our standard delivery time is 2-5 business days, as each product is carefully customized to fit your baby’s size. We offer free delivery on orders AED 210 and normal delivery cost is AED 25. Orders will be processed the next day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note that we are unable to cancel orders, change shipping methods or product once the order has been dispatched.

Return

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please ensure you have double checked your order and the product measurements before purchasing to avoid any disappointment.
Once you have received your purchase and for any reason you are not satisfied with it (i.e product is faulty or you have received the wrong item), please don't hesitate to get in touch with us through the following process within 7 working days of receiving your order.

• Reach out to us through the Contact Us form or email directly to hugsandhops@gmail.com to request an authorisation number. Please explain the reason for return with a photo evidence and specify whether you are requesting a credit note or a refund.
• Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect their condition. If the return is eligible, we will process a store credit or refund to your original payment method within 14 days. The refund will cover 100% of your order value, including shipping cost. Store credit will be sent via email and can be used immediately in our online store for 6 months.

We will do what we can to resolve the issue - your satisfaction is our number one priority! Any product queries need to be made within 7 working days of delivery.
